We’ve all heard the fascinating stories about insect-eating plants and it may surprise you to know they are local, native plants! Join us at the Gardens to learn more about these botanical curiosities, where they grow, and how you can take them home with you. The workshop will include a presentation about carnivorous plants and their ecological companion plants, what makes a bog a bog, and how to construct a bog garden.

All materials included in registration fee. Participants will choose their own plants and all materials, including plants, soil, and planter, will be provided.
